Sincere thanks to you for your continued service in this important
ministry.  

We will continue to schedule each month on the basis of no more than
seven patients per Minister to the Sick.  You will be called each month as
a reminder and to provide you with your patient schedule (often pinned to
the sacristy bulletin board) by 8:30 am on the first Sunday of the month.  
Please remember to take a weekly bulletin to each patient along with our
parish prayer card.

Also, please make sure that you keep a record of your participation in all
activities which qualify for the 18 total hours (9 spiritual and 9 on-going
education hours) you need every three years for re-certification of your
Minister to the Sick mandate.
